Day 1 Sandakan / Selingan Turtle Island
Morning, depart from your hotel in Sandakan or meet at Sandakan Airport. Transfer to
the jetty to take a boat ride to Selingan Turtle Island. Arrive the island, check in to your
chalet. You day at your own disposal. Ideal for swimming and snorkelling (weather
permitting). After dinner, the park ranger will take you to witness the turtle laying eggs,
transfer of the eggs to the hatchery and release of hatchlings to the sea. Overnight at the
Chalet. (L/D)
Day 2 Selingan/Sandakan
After breakfast, depart Selingan Island and return to the Sandakan. Drop off at Sandakan
Airport or at your respective hotel. (B)
